Welcome to my shop
My name is Claire and I love to hand carve lino prints.
I enjoy every stage of the process from forming the initial design, transferring the image to the block, hand carving and finally hand printing the image using my lovely mustard coloured printing press.
I am inspired primarily by nature, animals and plants as this is what never fails to bring me joy.
I use artist quality, professional ink and lovely Japanese paper for all my prints.
Originally from Brighton in the UK, I now bounce back and forth from South East England to Central Portugal where me and my partner are slowly renovating a traditional stone house at the foot of a mountain. I love to travel, so we also housesit and look after people's animals, homes and plants all over Europe, taking my lino prints and equipment with me.
